Additional information
A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking; reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Reservations by telephone are held for seven days, pending arrival of the deposit.
Bookings will be acknowledged by return of post or email.
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, be sure to let us know in writing as soon as possible. Your deposit is non-refundable.
The rent of the property does not cover breakages or damage to the property. Where this occurs we request that breakages are replaced with similar. Damage to the property must be reported to our caretaker, Mrs Batten, before departure. Failure to do so may spoil the next person's holiday!
Check-in time is 4.00pm, check-out no later than 10.00am.
