Built of cornish granite, Rose Cottage is situated in the delightful Penberth Valley only a few hundred yards from Penberth Cove, one of the few remaining fishing coves left in Cornwall. Penberth is three miles from Land's End and seven miles from Penzance. Completely unspoilt it offers facilities for walking and swimming. It is convenient for many local beaches and is an ideal centre from which to explore the countryside, much of which is owned by the National Trust.
Local attractions include the Minack Open Air Theatre and the Porthcurno Telegraph Museum.
